The Human Resources Management Office is in charge for securing and safeguarding the profiles of the University employees. It produces a detailed information/job analysis for each profession and performs job design, recruitment for potential employee, selection of applicants with necessary knowledge, skills, abilities and other traits that will help the university achieve their goals, provide trainings to facilitate learning of job related knowledge, skills and behavior for the employees, paying structures which concentrates on salaries/benefits against incentives for more productivity and the labor relations which involves the bargaining, decision making, due process and view on employees.
